Finsbury Park Trust is managed by a Board of Trustees, who are elected for a fixed term of up to six years. The representation is made up of:
- Three Local Councillors (one each from Hackney, Haringey and Islington)
- Three local residents ((one each from Hackney, Haringey and Islington)
- Three voluntary sector representatives ((one each from Hackney, Haringey and Islington)
- Three business representatives (representing Blackstock Road, Fonthill Road, and Stroud Green Road Traders Associations)

Councillor Gary Heather (Islington Council representative)

Kevin Duffy (Haringey Voluntary sector representative)
Trustees are appointed to the Board at an AGM held annually. Our last AGM took place on 11th December 2017.
Currently, there are two vacancies on the Board, Haringey Resident representative and Islington Voluntary sector representative.
