Due to the construction taking place in the vicinity of Fonthill Road, Wells Terrace, and Clifton Terrace, we thought it would be helpful to provide traders with updates in relation to activity on or around the construction site that may affect you and action that is underway by the Council to help mitigate the impact.
The development consisting of two Tower blocks providing a mixture of accommodation , shops and leisure facilities began early 2017 and due for completion early 2020. Please check City North / Telford Homes website for latest update on the development.
